About the winebar 

In the Mariënhof, the monastery of Amersfoort, you will find winebar Zuster Margaux. The winebar has the perfect setting to enjoy a good glass of wine. The well designed en detailed interior can definitly be called extraordinairy and classy. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace in the monastery garden. Zuster Margaux has at least 40 wines open and serves daily fresh and local products.

THE WINES 

The wine card of Zuster Margaux is more variable than a wine year. Our wine card changes almost every week. The sommeliers work with wine tasting notes. They make notes of their own tasting experience, choices and identity of the wine. Guests are welcome to add their own notes. 

Zuster Margaux serves wines from all over the world, classified in price categories 4,50/6,50/8,50 per glass. For the real wine lovers we have high class wines. You can enjoy these lovely wines with a fixed low mark-up of 25,- per bottle.

Tell our sommeliers what your preferences are and the sommeliers will suggest two kind of wines for you. While you taste we will tell you more about these wines. Offcourse we also serve beer, soda and non-alcoholic drinks.

Below you will find the wine arrangements we serve at Zuster Margaux.
We work with daily fresh products. Therefore we need your reservation for a High Wine at least a day in advance. You can reserve a High Wine by calling us during openings hours or by sending us an e-mail.

Wine Flight

A Wine Flight is a perfect way to meet the different wines of Zuster Margaux. For 12,50 per person you will get a selection of half filled glasses wines. This delicious Wine Flight is compound by individual taste preferences.  

high Wine

The High Wine is a surprise of selected wines by our team including delicious appetisers. We will welcome you with a glass of Prosecco Spumante. We will serve you a etagere full of lovely delights with two different and matching wines.
The costs are 42,50 per person and the driver pays only 34,50.
